Unfortunately, we cannot provide a free of charge return of products. 

Should you wish to return any of our products, you will need to cover the shipping costs yourself.

 

If for any reason you are not completely elated about your product(s), please notify us as soon as possible. Un-worn and undamaged items will be accepted within fourteen (14) days of purchase.

 

Please also note the following:

 

Returns are only accepted for merchandise purchased at full-price.

•    Item(s) must be unworn/unused and undamaged.

•    The product(s) must be returned in its (their) original packaging.

•     Item(s) must be returned to us within 14 business days counting from the day in which they were received.

•    Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product is faulty.

•    Please be aware that MYEISHA items are delicate items, which need to be handled with care.

•    Please note that we do not accept returns due to mismanagement.
